During my internship at Gothenburg’s Urban Environment Administration, I worked with design and visual communication within the public sector, focusing on accessibility, public space, and inclusive communication. I was part of the editorial team, where I collaborated on planning and producing content for both print and digital platforms.

My work included social media analysis to understand reach, engagement, and communication effectiveness. These insights were used to support editorial decisions and improve how information was presented visually and strategically.

Throughout the internship, I focused on creating clear, accessible, and user-centered communication that meets public-sector requirements.
